I was a High School teacher for 25 years and enjoy teaching children of all ages.
Lessons are of an hour's duration, individual and can be given either at your home, aftercare centre or at my own home in Kenmare, Krugersdorp.
I also coach pupils to pass tests and exams in Maths, Maths Literacy, Physical Sciences and Life Science.
I do this by analysing their "gaps" or "missing links", remediating them through repetitive exercises, and challenging them to use their new skills.
It is my passion to bring back that confidence and to see children flourish in the classroom.
I believe that when a child regains confidence with numbers, they start to blossom and even begin to love maths.
Most children who struggle with maths at High School do so because they have not been remediated in primary school, important links have been missed and they have fallen behind.

What is the largest number such that you can not order any combination of the above to achieve exactly the number you want? The aim of Number Ninjas is to restore and reinforce your child's confidence in mathematics. Often maths marks begin to drop in senior primary school because basic skills and rules have not been grasped. Your child's age and standard related knowledge will be analysed and a remedial program will be individually designed to suit his or her needs. Number Ninjas aims to make children comfortable with numeracy, look forward to solving problems and develop a positive attitude to maths.
